Beyond the fairways, the estate’s golfing infrastructure is thoughtfully comprehensive. Golfers can sharpen their game at the 250-metre driving range with multiple hitting bays, chipping and putting greens, or take lessons from resident PGA professionals. There is also a well-stocked pro shop, electric carts equipped with GPS, pull trolleys and changing rooms. A fully licensed restaurant and bar serve breakfast and lunch, and both golf patrons and residents enjoy leisure amenities such as a riverine jogging trail, cycle paths, a mini-cricket oval, and a jungle gym for children. Wildlife, including springbok grazing across the estates’ greens, adds a unique, tranquil charm to the setting.
A brand-new clubhouse and community centre, valued at over R50 million, began construction in early 2024 and is expected to open by August 2025. This modern facility promises a fresh restaurant, an enhanced pro shop, a stylish bar and lounge, a halfway house, scenic outdoor patios, and dedicated areas for families and children, ensuring that Kingswood’s already elevated golfing experience will attain another level of excellence.
